Lori is registered with the Yoga Alliance and holds a double 200 hour RYT certifications. Her teaching style is strongly supported by Anusara philosophies with an emphasis on principles of alignment. She invites the intention with each class and offering to hold space to share yoga allowing participants to practice mindfulness, self-awareness, and union of body, mind and spirit. Lori completed an immersion in Mindfulness and Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Rishi Eric Infanti and is excited to integrate this healing wisdom in to her practice and teaching.
Lori’s education, experience, dedication and devotion enables her to reach individuals of all ages and varying physical ability. Her compassionate, genuine approach inspires others to adapt the poses and practice for their unique situation and personal experience. Lori cherishes the opportunity and privilege to offer the gifts of yoga, serving as a guide for students to come home to themselves on the mat.
